Throttleizer

The TZ1 is a digital motor torque controller for use in electric vehicles.  It is designed to be used in conjunction with existing speed control components to deliver precise torque control without requiring replacement of the speed controller, motor, throttle, or any other primary components.

The "feel" of a Throttleized electric vehicle can be likened to that of a gasoline-powered car with a continuously variable transmission or CVT.  The throttle position will correspond directly to the torque delivered by the wheels, producing smooth, constant acceleration all the way up to the limits of the vehicle. Once you drive a Throttleized EV, you will wonder why you ever tolerated your old speed control system.
